Who we are

We are a grassroots, driver-led movement committed to building collective power to challenge the unfair and exploitative practices of app-based companies. Our mission is rooted in peer support, transparency, and authentic driver representation, because no one understands the struggles of rideshare drivers better than drivers themselves.

We reject middlemen and self-serving unionism that alienate drivers from meaningful conversations and cut backroom deals without our consent. We believe that drivers’ voices must remain unfiltered and unscripted in every discussion that shapes our industry. We stand firmly against any group or entity that claims to represent us while excluding actual drivers from the decision-making process.

Our movement is for drivers, by drivers. We trust the expertise of drivers to develop viable solutions that address the realities we face daily. We are committed to fighting for fair pay, better working conditions, stronger deactivation appeal processes, and respect for the dignity of every driver. We will never shy away from telling the truth about what drivers go through and demanding systemic changes that uplift our entire community.

This is the only space where drivers are in the driver’s seat—where every driver’s voice is heard, valued, and empowered. We believe we only succeed when we lead, and this is our movement. After years of exploitation, we know the problems - and we know the solutions. We will lead the fight, and we will lead the bargaining.
